Role of the Council
- Supports female students and staff in matters related to education, social well-being, legal awareness and university life.
- Promotes the protection of women’s rights and legitimate interests within the university environment.
- Coordinates activities with schools, dean advisers, student support structures and relevant university units.
- Organises awareness-raising events, seminars, meetings and initiatives on women’s rights, leadership and safety.
- Prepares plans and reports, monitors implementation and contributes to institutional development in the field of gender equality.

The “Lider qizlar” Club brings together active, talented and leadership-oriented female students, master’s students and doctoral students.
