III. Candidate Requirements
- Master's degree (higher education required) (preference given to candidates with international education, training, or internships abroad);
- fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
- academic degree and academic title;
- professional and organizational skills, teaching experience;
- relevant knowledge and competencies within the scope of duties and responsibilities;
- exemplary personal qualities — intelligence, culture, creativity, politeness, initiative, sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions and achieve the institution's strategic goals.
