III. Candidate Requirements

• Master's degree (higher education required) (preference given to candidates with international education, training, or internships abroad);
• fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
• academic degree and academic title;
• professional and organizational skills, teaching experience;
• relevant knowledge and competencies within the scope of duties and responsibilities;
• exemplary personal qualities — intelligence, culture, creativity, politeness, initiative, sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions and achieve the institution's strategic goals.
