Qualification requirements for candidates:
- Must hold a Master’s degree (higher education); priority will be given to candidates who have studied abroad, completed advanced training or undergone internships;
- Must be fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English;
- Must hold an academic degree and academic title;
- Must possess the professional and organizational skills necessary for pedagogical activity, have relevant work experience and seniority in the field of education, as well as the required knowledge and competencies within the scope of responsibilities;
- Must demonstrate exemplary personal qualities - intelligence, creativity, politeness and initiative; possess a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to make independent decisions and act decisively and be committed to achieving the institution’s strategic goals.
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
1. Review of submitted documents;
2. Delivery of a simulation (demo) lesson;
3. Interview.
