    The bachelor’s programmes of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy develop in students the fundamental knowledge, practical skills, and modern outlook required for a deep understanding of global processes, the analysis of complex issues, and effective professional engagement in the international arena. The educational model combines academic rigour, practice-oriented learning, and an interdisciplinary approach.

    At the undergraduate level, the University offers the following major fields of study:

    • International Relations;
    • Political Science;
    • World Economy and International Economic Relations;
    • Law in the Field of International Legal Activity.

    Each programme is designed in line with the contemporary needs of public service, diplomacy, international cooperation, analytical work, and the labour market.

    Key Competencies

    UWED bachelor’s programmes develop the following core competencies: analytical and critical thinking; understanding of international political, economic, and legal processes; evidence-based decision-making; research and data literacy; professional written and oral communication; intercultural collaboration; and practice-oriented preparation for careers in the public, private, and international sectors.

    Throughout their studies, students deepen and apply their knowledge and skills through academic mobility, internships, engagement with leading practitioners and experts, as well as research and project-based learning. This approach strengthens independent thinking, adaptability, strategic vision, leadership, and professional responsibility. As a result, graduates emerge as competitive, proactive, and highly qualified professionals prepared to succeed at both the national and international levels. In addition, the University offers students a choice of 12 languages as a second foreign language.
