From August 4 to 11 of this year, students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy of the Faculty of International Law, under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of International and Public Law Surayo Usmanova, took an active part in the “Central Asian Summer School Jessup”, held in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

This prestigious summer school provided students with a unique opportunity to gain in-depth theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in the field of international public law. During the school, qualified specialists and practitioners conducted interactive sessions that helped students better understand key aspects of public law and apply them in practice.

In addition, participants attended special training sessions in preparation for the International Jessup Moot Court Competition. These trainings allowed them to improve their oratory skills, develop their advocacy abilities, and gain practical experience through court simulations.
