    On April 22 of the current year, a master class entitled “Financing of International Organizations and Their Decisions” was organized for third-year students of the Faculty of International Law within the course “Law of International Organizations,” with the participation of Professor M.A. Rakhimova of the Department of International Law and Human Rights at Tashkent State University of Law.

    During the master class, detailed explanations were provided on the financial sources of international organizations, the mechanisms of their budget formation, member state contributions, as well as systems of voluntary funding and grants. In addition, scientific and practical analyses were presented regarding the legal nature of decisions adopted by international organizations, their degree of binding force, and their place within the system of international law.

    In her lecture, Professor M.A. Rakhimova particularly emphasized that the effectiveness of international organizations largely depends on their financial stability and the legitimacy of the decisions they adopt. Students were also informed about modern trends in the activities of international organizations, illustrated with practical examples.

    At the conclusion of the event, students received answers to their questions and had the opportunity to exchange views on the topic.

    This master class contributed to strengthening students’ knowledge in the field of international law, enriching their theoretical understanding with practical aspects, and developing their professional competencies.
