    On August 12 of this year, a solemn conference dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of the creation of the movement “Okila ayollar” (“Wise Women”) was held in the capital. The event was attended by the Chairperson of the Advisory Council on Women's Issues of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Professor E. Sultanova.

    Opening the event, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairperson of the Committee on Family and Women's Affairs Zulaykho Makhkamova emphasized the role of this movement in the public life of the country, the results achieved and the tasks for the future.

    As it was emphasized at the conference, “Okila ayollar” directs its activities to such important issues as strengthening family relations, reducing divorces, preventing early marriages and violence, forming enlightenment and a sense of responsibility among young people. A number of practical proposals and recommendations were also adopted aimed at bringing the activities of the “Okila ayollar” movement to a new level and further strengthening its influence in society. In particular, the widespread introduction of "Family Schools", improving the spiritual atmosphere in families, solving problems related to divorce through advanced methods and strengthening media activity were identified as priority tasks.

    As a result of the event, a resolution of the Forum was adopted, which reflects the long-term tasks, priority areas of the republican movement "Okila Ayollar" and specific practical proposals and recommendations for increasing the spirituality of women.
