UWED continues to provide students with accommodation

On the eve of the new academic year 2025/2026, the university administration is taking systematic measures to create decent living conditions and effective accommodation for students.
Under the leadership of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Issues and Spiritual and Educational Affairs O. Yusupjanov and Advisor to the Rector A. Turdimatov, visits to rental apartments and hostels recommended by the Center for Assistance to Student Accommodation (Information Kiosk) operating at the university were organized.
Although at the moment the students are not yet accommodated in these apartments and hostels, the responsible persons carefully studied the living conditions, leaving for the places. During the visits, important factors were analyzed, such as the technical condition of the housing, compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, the availability of security infrastructure, room capacity, price ratio, proximity to public transport, the availability of the Internet and other aspects.
Particular attention was also paid to the social and psychological atmosphere of housing, the availability of additional services, as well as conditions conducive to the health and comfort of students.
The monitoring process is aimed at providing students with high-quality, safe and comfortable living conditions, protecting their rights and interests in rental relations, as well as promoting calm preparation for the educational process.
These initiatives emphasize the high responsibility of the leadership of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in working with students. In addition, such visits contribute to strengthening an effective dialogue between the university and students, as well as the development of practical solutions that meet their needs.
