The University of World Economy and Diplomacy has successfully completed the language practice within the framework of the student exchange agreement signed with the University of Salento (Italy).

The program consisted of an intensive course, including theoretical and practical classes aimed at improving the level of students' language skills, developing writing and speaking skills. Italian students studied with great interest not only the Russian language, but also information about Uzbek culture, customs and art.

At the ceremony of awarding certificates held at UWED, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs A. Umarov noted the importance of this exchange and stressed the readiness of the university to continue cooperation with Italian educational institutions.

"We pride ourselves on providing quality education to our partners. 12 foreign languages are taught at the university, and our specialists have extensive experience in this field. We have highly qualified teachers, as well as textbooks that help students achieve high results," Umarov said.

We are confident that this cooperation will be the beginning of a long-term relationship, and our interaction with the University of Salento in Lecce, Italy, will reach an even higher level in the future.
