Practical Training Organized for UWED Students at the Center for Evaluation of Executive Personnel

A practical and ознакомительный visit to the Center for Evaluation of Executive Personnel under the Agency for Management Effectiveness under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was organized for third-year students of the “Political Science” program at University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The visit aimed to combine students’ theoretical knowledge with practical experience, familiarize them with modern assessment mechanisms used in the public administration system, and provide a deeper understanding of the role of innovative technologies in management processes.
During the visit, students received detailed information about the main areas of the center’s activities, the criteria for selecting and evaluating managerial personnel, and modern approaches to human capital development. Specialists of the center delivered presentations on identifying professional competencies, assessing leadership potential, and developing effective management skills within the public administration system.
In addition, students became practically acquainted with innovative technologies and digital platforms used in the center’s operations. In particular, demonstrations were conducted on determining body mass index through a BMI calculator, test platforms designed to assess candidates’ knowledge and professional competencies, psychological assessment mechanisms, and the neuro-skills evaluation system using the “Mind Tracker BCI (Neiry)” device.
Modern devices based on neurotechnology attracted particular interest among the students. Participants were introduced to the possibilities of analyzing attention levels, stress conditions, rapid thinking, and decision-making abilities through these systems. This clearly demonstrated the growing importance of innovative technologies in the modern public administration system.
At the end of the visit, students received detailed answers from specialists to their questions and exchanged views on modern methods of human capital assessment in public administration. This practical visit served as an important experience for future political scientists, contributing to the expansion of their professional outlook, the development of analytical and practical skills, and becoming a significant step in their future academic and professional activities.
