    On May 26, 2025, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted an event dedicated to the topical topic of psychological training of the younger generation, especially female students, their determination and ability to withstand social pressure.

    The event was organized on the initiative of the Women's Advisory Council of the UWED and brought together university students, students of the lyceum under the UWED, as well as high school girls of secondary schools of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district.

    As part of the event, psychologist-sociologist, associate professor and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek Kholida Omonkul kizi made a presentation on the topic "Helping girls increase self-confidence, clearly define goals and awareness of mechanisms of protection from various types of pressure".

    During the lecture, Kh. Ziyaeva addressed the participants, relying on scientifically based concepts, psychological advice and real life examples regarding self-confidence, personal development, critical thinking and the fight against social stereotypes.

    The event was held in an interactive format: the participants asked questions of interest to them and received recommendations on choosing a life path, entering a university and self-development.

    The main goal of the event was to strengthen the confidence of girls, help them clearly define their future goals, as well as form mechanisms to resist social pressure, stereotypes and oppression.

    Organized by the UWED Women's Advisory Council, the event contributed to the development of the personal and social potential of girls, forming them as active and independent personalities capable of making decisions in life.

    Such meetings have an important social and educational significance to increase the knowledge and consciousness of the younger generation, inspiring them to take decisive action to achieve their goals.
