UWED Students Participate in International Youth Summit

On April 20-21, a prestigious global forum titled “Combating Transnational Drug Threats to Ensure Public Health and Safety” and the first-ever International Youth Summit were held in the city of Samarkand. Organized in cooperation with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, the summit brought together representatives of the UN Youth Network, international experts, and proactive young people from various countries.
Firdavs Shodiev, a 3rd-year student in the Faculty of International Economics and Management at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and Bakhtiyor Bakhodirov, a 2nd-year student in the Faculty of International Relations, actively participated in these events. They had the opportunity to exchange experiences at an international level, reflect on current issues, and acquire new knowledge.
This participation once again demonstrated the youth's engagement with global issues and their active role in the international arena.
