UWED Discusses Anti-Corruption Measures

On June 11 of this year, a “Leader and Youth” meeting was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, featuring Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a Doctor of Law.
During the event, which was organized as an open dialogue, students shared their opinions, proposals, and initiatives on topics of interest. The discussions covered the quality of education, international cooperation, student support, youth initiatives, and anti-corruption measures.
Akmal Burkhanov spoke in detail about the anti-corruption reforms being implemented in our country, the importance of upholding the principles of openness and transparency, and the need to increase the legal literacy and civic responsibility of young people.
Following the meeting, agreements were reached to further expand cooperation between UWED and the Anti-Corruption Agency, as well as to regularly organize training seminars, roundtables, and open dialogues with agency specialists.
