    On April 10 of the current year, at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, a psychological seminar-training was organized for second-year students of the Faculty of International Law. The event was initiated by psychologist N. Norova and S. Nosirova, coordinator of the second-year students of the Faculty of International Law. The seminar covered the topics “Self-awareness and Management of Psychological Processes” and “Healthy Mind — The Importance of a Healthy Lifestyle in Personal Development”.

    The main objective of the training was to develop students’ self-awareness skills, enhance their ability to manage psychological processes, establish a healthy psychological environment, and highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle in personal development.

    During the event, participants were provided with practical recommendations on effectively managing emotional states, making sound decisions in stressful situations, developing positive thinking, and increasing personal effectiveness. In addition, interactive activities were organized within the framework of the topics, in which students actively participated.

    At the end of the training, students were provided with important knowledge and skills aimed at strengthening psychological resilience, fostering a healthy mental environment, and supporting personal development.
