A UWED lecturer successfully participated in the qualifying round of the “Zakovat” Premier League

Nodirakhon Turgunova, an English language lecturer at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, took part in the summer qualifying stage of the Zakovat intellectual television game’s Premier League as a member of the team captained by Bahodir Anorov.
As part of the qualifying stage, the teams are testing their knowledge, analytical skills, and logical thinking over the course of five games. In the second game of the stage, Bahodir Anorov’s team delivered an outstanding performance and secured a convincing 6–0 victory without using the “va-bank” option.
This success has further strengthened the team’s chances of advancing to the final stage. Throughout the intellectual competition, the team members demonstrated broad knowledge, quick thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make accurate decisions when tackling complex questions. Their teamwork and careful approach to each question played a particularly important role in achieving this impressive result.
Nodirakhon Turgunova’s participation in this prestigious intellectual television game highlights the high level of not only pedagogical and academic expertise, but also the intellectual potential of UWED faculty members.
