The macroeconomic intellectual competition CBU Challenge, organized for the first time by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has attracted significant nationwide interest among students and young professionals.

A total of 135 teams participated, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and analytical skills in a highly competitive environment.

The teams “Thinknomics” and “Hawks & Doves”, representing the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), ranked among the Top 10 and are participating in the final stage of the competition.

This achievement highlights the students’ strong academic background, advanced analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of macroeconomic processes.

It should be noted that the competition is being held for the first time and serves as an important platform for the professional development of young economists.
