UWED signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AWE Consulting

On November 18 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) had the honour of signing a Memorandum of Understanding with AWE Consulting, represented by Gabriele Carboni — Honorary Professor at the Georgian American University and a father of contemporary marketing.
He is the co-author of Enlightened Management, a new framework built on the 3P Philosophy (People, Purpose, Planet) and developed together with Professor Philip Kotler — Distinguished Professor of International Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management and the Father of Modern Marketing — and Tata Tcholaria, named by Kotler as one of the leading experts in the field.
Professor Kotler recently announced that Enlightened Management will, for the first time, study the leadership and management approaches of Uzbekistan and other countries in the region — markets rarely examined in global literature and offering perspectives that will greatly enrich readers worldwide. As part of this partnership, UWED will recommend leading Uzbek companies for inclusion in the book, ensuring that the country’s most impactful experiences contribute to this global initiative.
This partnership will enable:
· Integration of the Enlightened Management book into UWED’s academic programs;
· Active involvement of UWED faculty in research, editorial work, and content development;
· Joint creation of high-impact business case studies based on real corporate and governmental practices;
· Stronger cooperation between academia and industry;
· Inclusion of UWED experts on the project’s advisory board.
We are also proud that UWED itself will be featured as a case study in the international edition — recognizing the university’s commitment to shaping future leaders through modern, responsible, and globally oriented management education.
This collaboration marks an important step toward bringing world-class expertise, innovative learning tools, and global best practices to our students and faculty, while contributing to a broader international dialogue on enlightened management.
A sincere thank you to Ms. Tata Tcholaria, Mr. Luka Usenashvili, and the entire AWE Consulting team for their trust and partnership.
We look forward to meaningful cooperation and impactful results ahead!
