On October 24, 2025, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy held an open master class for second-year students of the Faculty of International Relations, focusing on the subject “Media and Politics”. The master class was led by Akhror Takhirovich Burkhanov, Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 In his lecture, Akhror Burkhanov provided a detailed overview of the structure and operations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the work of its departments, and the reforms and innovations being implemented in Uzbekistan's foreign relations. He also discussed the specifics of media and digital diplomacy in implementing cooperation areas in the state's foreign policy and the mechanisms for implementing strategies for building and maintaining diplomatic relations with neighbor countries.

Drawing on his extensive professional experience, Akhror Burkhanov emphasized the need to master this discipline and highlighted its practical importance in strengthening the image of our country in the modern global political arena.

This meeting provided an opportunity for students to enrich their theoretical knowledge with practical examples, ask questions of interest, and receive professional answers. Such events serve to strengthen the university's cooperation with government agencies, as well as to improve the professional training of future specialists in the field of political science and international relations.
