II Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Youth Forum was held in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan. Azizkhon Saidov, a 1^st-year student of the Faculty of International Law, participated in this event as a member of the Uzbek youth delegation.

The opening ceremony of the event was attended by such distinguished guests as the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farid Gayibov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan Bakhrom Ashrafkhonov, and Gunay Afandiyeva, a member of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Interparliamentary Working Group and a deputy of the National Assembly.

Within the framework of the forum, the parties held a constructive dialogue in the following areas:

- formation of a long-term cooperation mechanism on youth policy;

- institutionalization of joint projects and youth initiatives;

- establishment of strategic partnership between youth organizations of the two countries.

The next part of the forum continued with interactive panel discussions on the topics of “Urbanization and Youth” and “Artificial Intelligence and Innovation”. Also, as part of this youth exchange program, the Uzbek delegation visited Sumgayit, Fuzuli, Shusha, and Khankandi in Azerbaijan from November 7-10 and participated in various events.
