Students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy may participate in competitions for the following state scholarships:
- Presidential State Scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Navoi State Scholarship
- Islam Karimov State Scholarship

Overview
State scholarships are prestigious forms of recognition awarded to talented students who demonstrate strong academic performance and notable achievements.
They are designed to support students who demonstrate strong academic performance, active participation in research, scientific and creative achievements, language proficiency and commitment to the development of their field of study.
At UWED, state scholarships serve as an important mechanism for encouraging academic excellence, research culture, student motivation and public recognition of outstanding student achievements.

On the encouragement and material incentives for gifted young people in Uzbekistan
This Resolution regulates the procedure, eligibility criteria, required documents and selection process for awarding the Presidential State Scholarship and named state scholarships.
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-6309
On further support for talented youth studying and engaged in research activities in higher educational institutions of the Republic
This Decree establishes scholarship quotas and expands support measures for talented students and young researchers in higher education institutions.
