On October 28 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted the annual Central Asia TechConf 2025 conference, organized by the Central Asian IT Community (CASOUG). The event brought together leading international IT experts from the United States, the Netherlands, Romania and the countries of the region, which emphasizes the growing status of Uzbekistan and UWED as a center for technological dialogue.

The conference has become an important event in the academic and professional life of the university, implementing the key goals:
