A psychoprophylactic round table discussion was held on the topic “Strengthening psychological immunity and preventing pressure and violence”

On September 25 of this year, at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, psychologist N. Norova, together with the coordinator of the club “Leader Kizlar” Munisa Abdurakhmonova, senior inspector for women's issues of the OPP of the Department of Internal Affairs No2 of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Lieutenant Colonel Lola Tursunalieva and the senior inspector of prevention of the OPP of the Department of Internal Affairs No3 of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Senior Lieutenant Fatima Mavzhudova, organized a legal and preventive round table on the topic “We are against violence” in order to strengthen the psychological immunity and prevention of pressure and violence among female students.
During this round table, students were provided with information and necessary recommendations on the reforms carried out in our society to eradicate and prevent any pressure and violence against women. Students received important information and recommendations on the formation and development of mechanisms of psychological and legal protection from pressure and violence.
During the round table, Lieutenant Colonel L. Tursunalieva provided information on legal protection and legal aspects using real-life examples. Addresses were indicated where you can turn in order not to become a victim of violence.
During the conversation, experts answered questions. At the meeting, it was explained to them that stable psychological immunity, enrichment of their legal knowledge and strengthening of the culture of self-defense form in their minds an irreconcilable attitude to violence and protect the whole society.
The organized psycho-preventive and legal event allowed the students to receive information on how to avoid pressure and violence, and how to immediately contact the relevant authorities or organizations in case of violence. Helpline numbers were left.
