The University of World Economy and Diplomacy continues to actively develop international cooperation and broaden opportunities for its students. As part of the initiative to internationalize education, in the current academic year a group of UWED students, who successfully passed the competitive selection, have already gone abroad to take part in international academic exchange programs (Student Exchange Program) for one semester.

Our students have begun their studies at leading universities around the world, proudly representing Uzbekistan and our university in countries such as Japan, the USA, Italy, and Russia. The host institutions include prestigious foreign universities such as the University of Tsukuba, Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, the University of Bologna, the University of Missouri, the Higher School of Economics (Russia), and other top educational institutions.

Participation in international academic exchange programs provides students not only with the opportunity to continue their studies abroad, but also opens up unique prospects: learning about new educational systems, engaging in research activities, developing academic and professional competencies, as well as gaining deep exposure to the cultural diversity of host countries. Such an experience contributes to broadening horizons, shaping global thinking, and strengthening intercultural dialogue.

We are confident that this important stage in the lives of UWED students will become a solid foundation for their personal and professional growth. The knowledge, skills, and impressions they acquire will undoubtedly become a valuable resource for their future as highly qualified specialists open to international cooperation.
