From June 5 to June 7, 2025, the Associate Professor of the Department of International and Public Law represented Uzbekistan at an event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Lane Kirkland Scholarship Program. At this prestigious conference, he spoke together with well-known colleagues from 10 countries.

For 25 years, the Lane Kirkland Fellowship has been supporting young leaders from Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia, contributing to the development of their professional and social potential.

Currently, the alumni network of the program includes more than 1000 specialists, including ministers, members of parliament, heads of large companies, representatives of local authorities and social innovators.
