On August 29, 2025, as part of the “Actual 90 Days” initiative, university psychologist Nargiza Norova organized a psychological training seminar for tutors on the topic “Psychological Approach in Effective Work with Students” at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

During the training, the following issues were considered in detail:

• effective ways of psychological support for first-year students in the process of adaptation to the university environment;

• individual psychological approaches to working with each student;

• modern methods and tools for assessing the psychological state of students;

• recommendations for the formation and strengthening of emotional stability.

The event was held in an interactive format: participants asked questions, performed practical exercises and practiced techniques under the guidance of a psychologist. As a result of the training, tutors were given practical recommendations on the application of a psychological approach in everyday professional activities.

The seminar contributes to improving the work of UWED tutors and increasing the effectiveness of social and psychological adaptation of students.
