On August 11, 2025, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy held a practical training seminar devoted to the content, significance, and practical aspects of implementing Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF‑117 dated July 25, 2025, “On Additional Measures for Further Strengthening Execution Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations.”

The seminar was led by the First Vice‑Rector for Youth Issues and Spiritual‑Educational Affairs, O. Yusupdjanov. It was attended by deans of all faculties, heads of structural units, and responsible personnel working with the interagency unified electronic system for execution discipline, “Ijro.gov.uz.”

During the event, the goals and objectives of the Decree were explained in detail: introducing effective mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of laws, presidential decrees, and Cabinet of Ministers’ resolutions; ensuring clear accountability for implementation results; and increasing the personal responsibility of leaders and staff at all levels for strict observance of execution discipline.

Participants exchanged views and proposals for improving practices, examined examples of successful application of electronic monitoring systems, and discussed measures to reduce bureaucratic procedures and optimize document flow.

Special attention was given to fostering a culture of strict compliance with directives, strengthening discipline and accountability, and developing staff professional skills in implementation management.

The seminar served as an important platform for exchanging experience, formulating joint solutions, and determining further steps to improve control mechanisms and enhance the effectiveness of state bodies and organizations.
