Traditions and achievements: Graduation of students of the UWED Legal Clinic

On June 21 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted the traditional farewell ceremony for 4th-year students of the Faculty of International Law who studied at the Legal Clinic.
This event has become an important tradition in the university's life, reflecting the students’ contributions to legal practice and their readiness for professional activity. At the UWED Legal Clinic, students gained practical experience over several years and strengthened their knowledge and skills by providing free legal assistance to the public.
The official part of the event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of International Law, Serik Muratayev.
The legal clinic curators – Ziyodulla Ubaydullaev, Irina Cherkashina, and Galina Mayorova – also spoke, highlighting the students’ responsible approach to their work in the clinic and their solid legal training.
After the official part, an informal and heartfelt gathering was held between students and mentors. During the meeting, the graduates shared their memories of working at the clinic, expressed gratitude to their mentors, and spoke about their future plans.
