    On June 4th, Associate Professor Surayyo Usmanova of the Chair of International Law and Public Law Disciplines participated as a speaker and trainer at the “Youth for Peace” workshop, organized by the C5+1 Youth Council, with support from the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyz Republic and the American University of Central Asia (AUCA).

    She conducted two in-depth training sessions on:

    -         Peacebuilding Through the Lens of International Law;

    -         Youth, Conflict Prevention, and the Law.

    In these sessions, Dr. Usmanova highlighted how international legal frameworks can serve as effective tools for peacebuilding, and emphasized the crucial role of youth in preventing conflict and promoting long-term stability. Her sessions encouraged participants to think critically about their role in building peaceful, inclusive societies.
