    An initiative to increase the interest of female students in higher education was implemented in Yangi Olmachi mahalla

    On June 2, 2025, a meeting was organized in the Yangi Olmachi Mirzo mahalla of Ulugbek district as part of the execution of instructions outlined in Protocol No 21 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    During the event, special attention was paid to young people, especially female students, to stimulate their interest in higher education, assist in an informed choice of profession and motivation to achieve life goals.

    The meeting was attended by representatives of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, activists of the Youth Union, an inspector for the prevention of offenses, activists of the mahalla, as well as representatives of educational institutions.

    During the event, the participants told young people in detail about the rules for admission to universities, the competitive basis of enrollment, effective preparation for test exams, modern professions and specialties. Separate conversations were held with the girls, their interests and dreams were listened to, and individual advice was given.

    The importance of higher education and the socio-economic benefits of education for women were also discussed. It was emphasized that women with higher education can actively participate in society and achieve success in both family and professional life.

    In addition, the crime prevention inspector provided young people with legal knowledge, explained the importance of avoiding crime and offenses, and also spoke about the formation of a healthy lifestyle.

    The main goal of the event was to increase the interest of the younger generation, especially girls, in higher education, motivate them to achieve life goals and strive to gain deep knowledge.
