A cooperation agreement on student exchange was signed between the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the prestigious University of Siena for Foreigners (Università per Stranieri di Siena). On the basis of this agreement, an opportunity was created for UWED students to practice and improve their knowledge in an advanced educational institution in Italy from August 4 to 29.

Within the framework of this program, the 4th year student of the Faculty of International Relations of the UWED Nigmatullaev Parviz successfully completed the internship. During the internship, the student not only gained a deep knowledge of the Italian language and culture, but also actively participated in the annual creative events held at the University of Siena. In particular, he participated in a poetry competition and, thanks to his creative approach, acquired special importance, receiving the title of "menzione speciale" (special recognition).

This exchange also allows you to develop the academic, practical and creative potential of UWED students. The new stage will further expand the activities of our university in the field of international cooperation and open up wide opportunities for students to study abroad, practice and participate in various projects. Strengthening its position in the international educational space and implementing promising initiatives for young people is one of the main goals of the university.

The expansion of the above-mentioned educational, cultural, and scientific cooperation covers the targets identified in SDGs 4, 11 and 17. These tasks imply not only increasing the effectiveness of education within the framework of international cooperation, but also strengthening universal and cultural values.
