On May 13 of this year, 1st-year students of the Faculty of International Economics and Management of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, as well as teachers of the Department of Uzbek and Russian Languages visited the “Alley of Writers”.

The purpose of the visit was to honor the memory of writers and poets, to study their instructive life and literary heritage.

The visit was aimed at getting acquainted with the monuments to the great representatives of Uzbek literature - writers and poets. It contributed to increasing the self-awareness and spirituality of young people, education in the spirit of patriotism and devotion to the Motherland, as well as reminding of great ancestors who had a unique talent.

During the visit, some rubais of Alisher Navoi and Bobur, poems by Hamid Alimjan and Zulfiya were read. Students jointly analyzed Chulpan's work "Day and Night" and studied the life of writers, whose monuments are located on the alley. The trip left a positive impression on them.

The visit turned out to be exciting and informative. Students expressed their readiness to participate in such events with pleasure again.
