A defense for the Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) degree took place before the Scientific Council (No. DSc.14/2025.27.12.Yu.01.01) at the UWED

On October 10, 2026, a meeting of the Scientific Council (No. DSc.14/2025.27.12.Yu.01.01) was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

The agenda includes the defense of a dissertation by Jamshid Djamilovich Abdullaev for the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) in the specialty 12.00.03 – “Civil Law; Entrepreneurial Law; Family Law; Private International Law”. The dissertation is titled “Improving the Civil Law Regulation of Certain Contractual Relations Regarding the Provision of Medical Services”.

During the defense, the applicant comprehensively outlined the relevance, objectives, and tasks of the research. Members of the Scientific Council expressed their views and comments regarding the proposals put forward by the candidate.

Following the successful defense of the dissertation, Scientific Council No. DSc.14/2025.27.12.Yu.01.01 adopted a decision to award the academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) to Abdullaev Jamshid Djamilovich.
