A defense for the Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) degree took place before the Scientific Council (No. DSc.14/2025.27.12.Yu.01.01) at the UWED

On October 17, 2026, a meeting of the Scientific Council (No. DSc.14/2025.27.12.Yu.01.01) was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

The agenda includes the defense of the dissertation by Sodiq Oqbayevich Yuldashov, titled “Issues Regarding the Improvement of the Organizational and Legal Foundations of the Right to Petition,” prepared for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (DSc) in Law, within the specialty 12.00.02 – “Constitutional Law; Administrative Law; Financial and Customs Law.”

During the defense, the applicant comprehensively outlined the relevance, objectives, and tasks of the research. Members of the Scientific Council expressed their views and comments regarding the proposals put forward by the candidate.

Following the successful defense of the dissertation, the Scientific Council (No. DSc.14/2025.27.12.Yu.01.01) adopted a decision to confer the academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) upon Sodiq Oqbayevich Yuldashov.
