    Surayyo Usmanova, Acting Professor of the Department of International Law and Public Law Disciplines, Faculty of International Law, University of World Economy and Diplomacy, has been selected for the prestigious Fulbright Research Program for the 2026–2027 academic year.

    As part of the program, Professor Usmanova is conducting research at Penn State Dickinson Law, The Pennsylvania State University, one of the leading public research universities in the United States. Her research focuses on the development of international legal education in Uzbekistan, the study of modern teaching methodologies, and the analysis of advanced academic practices in the United States.

    Founded in 1855, Penn State is ranked 92nd globally, 23rd among U.S. universities, and 7th among U.S. public universities in the QS World University Rankings 2027. Dickinson Law, established in 1834, is one of the oldest law schools in the United States.
