UWED organizes advanced training courses for employees of the Ministry of Defense

From July 6 to 17, employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan completed professional development courses organized by the Development Fund of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
Specifically, 25 heads of HR departments and legal specialists advanced their qualifications in the "Law and Human Resources" track, while 15 heads of HR departments did so in the "Personnel Management and HR Administration" track.
The professional development courses were designed to closely link theoretical knowledge with practical application. During the training, participants were educated on the modern economy, information and communication technologies, the legal system of Uzbekistan, the hierarchy of laws and regulations, the main provisions of the Labor Code, the rights and obligations of parties in labor relations, and the amendments introduced in the new version of the Labor Code.
Lectures and practical sessions were conducted by the university's highly qualified professors and instructors: B. Hamrakulov, S. Murataev, S. Tojiboev, H. Premkulov, J. T. Aripov, J. Saydaliev, and F. Toshev.
To enrich the participants' spiritual and cultural knowledge, excursions were organized to Amir Temur Square, the State Museum of Timurid History, and the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, all located in our capital.
The educational process for the professional development courses was structured according to approved curricula and programs, which were developed taking into account the content and specifics of the relevant specializations.
Participants who successfully completed the courses were ceremoniously awarded certificates signed by the leadership of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
