On 1 July 2026, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy organised an interactive social and psychological training session within the framework of the “Topical 90 Days” project. The session was entitled “Building Effective Communication, Mutual Trust and a Positive Environment for Cooperation within a Team: The Psychological Foundations of a Successful Team.” The event aimed to foster a healthy psychological environment among students, develop a culture of effective communication, and strengthen the principles of mutual trust and cooperation within a team.

In the opening part of the training, university psychologist Nargiza Norova introduced the participants to the content, objectives and significance of the session. She emphasised the important role of effective communication, active listening, empathy, mutual respect and trust-based relationships in team development. Feruza Ernazarova, a representative of the Youth Affairs Office, highlighted the importance of young people’s social engagement, initiative and participation in teamwork.

The practical part of the training was conducted by Inclusion Coordinator Kamola Davlatova. The students actively participated in interactive exercises aimed at developing teamwork skills, strengthening mutual trust, exchanging ideas and improving communication abilities. Group-based psychological exercises, role-playing activities, analysis of challenging situations, interactive discussions and reflection techniques were effectively used throughout the session.

The course coordinator, the Youth Union coordinator and the university’s “UWED Force” community group actively contributed to the organisational process. Their cooperation helped ensure that the training was conducted in an orderly and professional manner, promoted effective engagement with students and created a positive and friendly atmosphere.

By the end of the training, the students had further developed their skills in effective communication, active listening, teamwork and the exchange of ideas. They also gained practical experience in creating an atmosphere of trust, respect and mutual support within a team. Students who actively participated in the sessions were awarded special certificates by the Youth Union.
