As part of the “Dolzarb 90 kun” project, implemented at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a summer school entitled “The Role of Legal Clinics in Ensuring the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Practical Skills, Social Protection and an Inclusive Approach” is being held from June 23 to 26, 2026, at the “Pyramids Resort” complex in the Tashkent Region. Members of the Legal Clinic under the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Murodbek Egamqulov and Samira Xudjamova, are participating in the programme.

The main objective of the summer school is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities, provide them with high-quality legal assistance, and expand the practical capacities of legal clinics in this field. The sessions focus on improving social protection mechanisms, integrating inclusive approaches into legal practice, and ensuring effective engagement with vulnerable groups.

Through practical sessions, discussions, and the exchange of experience, participants are strengthening their professional knowledge and skills in providing legal advice, analysing applications and appeals, finding legal solutions to various issues, and working with persons with disabilities.
