Educational Dialogue held Between UWED and Local Community Youth

As part of the “90 Relevant Days” program, a spiritual, educational, and career-guidance meeting entitled “The Youth of Our Mahalla — Future Diplomats” was organized in the Yangi Olmachi mahalla of Mirzo Ulugbek District. The event was initiated by the faculty members of the Department of Political Science at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, together with members of the “Women Leaders” Club.
The primary purpose of the event was to further increase local young people’s interest in higher education, encourage them to make informed career choices, broaden their understanding of international relations and diplomacy, and contribute to the development of their intellectual and professional potential.
During the meeting, particular emphasis was placed on the importance of acquiring modern knowledge and practical skills, developing independent thinking and leadership qualities, actively participating in public life, and making a meaningful contribution to the country’s development. Special attention was also given to the knowledge, sense of responsibility, communication culture, and strong foreign-language skills required for young people who aspire to pursue careers in diplomacy, international relations, and public administration.
The event contributed to strengthening young people’s interest in higher education, encouraging continuous self-development, supporting them in defining clear professional goals, and further enhancing cooperation between the mahalla and the higher education institution.
