The University of World Economy and Diplomacy has launched a new mini MBA program titled as "Leading Business in the Digital Age”. The program is delivered by Executive Education of UWED in collaboration with the consulting company Senteo (USA).
The program is designed for entrepreneurs, senior executives of public and private companies, functional managers.
The training is aimed at developing a systemic understanding of business development strategies, leadership and team management skills, tools for improving operational efficiency, application of robotics and AI, as well as introducing change management techniques.
The program consists of 5 modules, covering key aspects of running business and providing a set of tools and comprehensive solutions for enhancing leadership and management skills in the digital age.
The program is designed to include in-person classes with expert practitioners, analysis of real-life case studies, team work, individual consultations, off-site sessions, insights to best practices of market leaders, as well as opportunities for professional networking and interaction with like-minded peers from different industries.
