Heart-to-Heart Conversation at the Student Residence Hall: Psychological Training Conducted

On May 30, university psychologist N. Norova organized a seminar-training for students at the Student Residence Hall on the topic “Creating a Healthy Spiritual and Psychological Environment and Heart-to-Heart Conversation”.
Held during the Eid al-Adha holiday break, the event aimed to strengthen students’ mental well-being, promote a positive mindset, and reduce emotional stress during the final stage of the academic year.
During the training, students received practical recommendations on stress management, emotional self-regulation, maintaining psychological resilience, and effectively addressing various psychological situations encountered in daily life. Particular attention was given to fostering sincere communication with family members and loved ones during the holiday period, developing emotional intelligence, and strengthening healthy social relationships.
The seminar-training was conducted in an interactive format and included psychological exercises, practical tasks, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. Participants had the opportunity to freely express their thoughts, reflect on their personal experiences, and learn useful techniques for maintaining emotional balance and inner peace.
The meeting, held in a warm and open atmosphere, attracted considerable interest among students and played an important role in strengthening their psychological well-being, fostering a positive outlook, and encouraging a meaningful and productive holiday period.
