    On April 14-18, 2026, the international forum “Partnership for Sustainable Development: GREEN. DIGITAL. SMART”, dedicated to international initiatives in the fields of sustainable development, green economy, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, water resources management and environmental protection, was held in Dushanbe.

    The forum program included international scientific and practical conferences, a youth environmental forum, a business forum, an exhibition of scientific and innovative projects and other events. The forum was attended by scientific institutions, international organizations, diplomatic missions, research centers, business and media leaders, and representatives from Brazil, India, Germany, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, and other countries.

    A conference on the topic “Modern trends in the legal framework for sustainable development, digitalization and artificial intelligence” was held within the framework of the forum. The conference focused on the need for a scientific understanding of the processes of digital transformation of society and the active introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, which significantly change the nature of social relations and require the improvement of legal regulation mechanisms, and discussed issues of ensuring sustainable development, protecting human rights and freedoms, information security, harmonization of national legislation with international standards in the field of digitalization and artificial intelligence.

    Professors and teachers of the Department of “International Law and Public Law” of the University of World Economy Diplomacy N.A. Nugmanov made presentations on “Problems and Prospects of Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence at the International Level” and V.N. Sayfullayeva on “International Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in Central Asia”.

    The forum will create a new platform for expanding partnerships and constructive cooperation between international educational institutions.
