On April 15, 2026, the students of the International Relations and International Law faculties of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy visited the Pavilion of National Cultural Centers. The visit was organized to develop students’ intercultural communication skills, familiarize them with the traditions and values of different nations, and strengthen the spirit of tolerance.

During the event, the students met with Georgiy Ashotovich Saakov, Deputy Chairman of the Armenian National Cultural Center of Uzbekistan, and held a warm and engaging discussion. During the conversation, participants learned interesting information about the rich cultural heritage of the Armenian people, national traditions, art, the atmosphere of international harmony in Uzbekistan, and modern social life.

The students also received answers to their questions and exchanged views on the importance of international cooperation, intercultural dialogue, and friendly relations. Such visits play an important role in shaping open-mindedness, mutual respect, and a global outlook among young people.

This visit became another practical example of the initiatives of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy aimed not only at strengthening students’ academic knowledge, but also at developing their social and cultural competencies.
