    A weekly seminar-training and open roundtable discussions on the theme “In a Stable Mindset – Initiative – Action – Success – Towards Sustainable Development” were held at UWED

    A socio-psychological event was organized at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy aimed at meaningfully arranging students' free time and enhancing their intellectual and psychological potential within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

    The seminar-training and roundtable discussions, organized jointly by university psychologist N. Norova and the course coordinator, were dedicated to the theme “In a Stable Mindset – Initiative – Action – Success – Towards Sustainable Development”.

    During the event, the psychologist emphasized that in the era of globalization, future diplomats require not only academic knowledge but also strong willpower and the skill of continuous self-improvement as a vital necessity, as well as the importance of initiative and action.

    The main objectives of the event were:

    Psychological stability: Developing the ability to make correct decisions in complex situations and build resilience to stress;

    Goal-oriented development: Creating a personal development plan and adhering to it strictly;

    Increasing initiative: Encouraging activity on the path to sustainable development;

    Creating interactive communication and a sincere environment.

    The seminar-training and roundtable discussions were organized using live Q&A sessions and interactive methods, differing from the traditional format. The special training conducted by the psychologist gave students strong motivation to overcome their inner fears, maintain a stable mindset, and strive for new heights.

    “Becoming a diplomat begins, above all, with socio-psychological stability. These psychological events served as a great impetus for students to reanalyze their psychological processes and take confident steps toward the future,” one of the students shared.
