On November 21 of this year, a master class on the topic “Civil legal liability of the carrier in air transportation” was organized for master's students at UWED by Salimova Diyora, a law teacher at Fergana State University, within the framework of the subject of Modern Trends in International Private Law.

In this lesson, master's students considered various legal issues arising in cross-border transportation within the framework of international private law, analyzed the issues of legal regulation of relations arising on the basis of the International Montreal Convention and other national sources of law, and the interpretation of these sources of law in case of discrepancies.

This master class allowed students to consolidate their knowledge in the framework of international private law, and analyze their research in terms of various private law issues.
