A new scientific article by Alisher Faizullayev, a professor at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, was published in The Hague Journal of Diplomacy, one of the most authoritative international scientific publications in the field of diplomacy.
The article, entitled “Presentability and Representability: Rethinking Individual Diplomatic Representation,” was published online on March 23, 2026, as one of the journal's latest contributions.
This study analyzes diplomatic representation at the individual level based on a new theoretical approach. To explain the effectiveness of diplomacy, the author introduces and systematically substantiates two key concepts: presentability and representativeness.
According to the main conclusion of the study, effectiveness in modern diplomacy directly depends not on the presence of these two factors separately, but on their harmonious combination. Based on an analysis based on practice theory and signaling theory, the author compares historical and modern diplomatic experience and scientifically substantiates the influence of various combinations of these qualities on diplomatic results.
The publication of an article in such an internationally recognized scientific journal as The Hague Journal of Diplomacy demonstrates the high recognition of the scientific research of Professor Alisher Faizullaev in the field of diplomacy and international relations.
It should be noted that Professor Alisher Faizullaev’s research on the theory and practice of diplomacy has previously attracted attention in the international scientific arena.
