At the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, within the framework of the “Youth Day” project, an open dialogue titled “Leaders and Youth” was held with the participation of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work O. Yusupdjanov, the Rector’s Advisor A. Turdimatov, as well as leaders of student clubs and active students.

The meeting was organized with the aim of increasing students’ social engagement, systematically supporting their new ideas, and bringing their participation in university life to a new level. During the event, participants discussed in detail current issues related to the implementation of youth policy at the university, as well as mechanisms for comprehensive encouragement of student initiatives. The dialogue focused not only on analyzing achieved results but also on presenting future-oriented projects and considering ways to implement them in practice.

Special attention was paid to shaping the activities of student communities in accordance with modern requirements, developing strategic thinking and teamwork skills among young leaders, creating favorable conditions for new ideas and creative projects at the university, and further improving the student self-governance system.

During the open and lively discussion, students presented their projects and received necessary advice and practical support from the university leadership regarding their implementation. At the end of the event, the proposals voiced during the meeting were summarized and future action plans were outlined.
