On March 4 of the current year, lecturers from the English Language Department of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Arslonbekova R. A, Allaberganova D.I., Tashpulatova N. B, Akhmadjanov Kh.A., Zaripova F. Sh., Batirova M.X., and Akmalova Z. N. organized a visit to the Children’s Oncology Hospital.

This visit culminated in a significant aid campaign, where lecturers contributed to a fund supporting five families (Rahimova Jasmina, Muzaffarov Muhammadamin, Islomov Muhammadali, Shuhratova Qunduzoy, Samandarova Gulnura) grappling with the challenges of childhood leukemia.

The initiative not only provided crucial assistance to those facing profound hardship but also fostered a stronger sense of community and mutual support within the university.                     

Providing vital social support to families confronting critical illness, particularly within vulnerable populations, is a fundamental imperative.  The demonstrable commitment of the UWED teachers to global principles of social protection and healthcare underscores their dedication to equity and compassionate action in the face of adversity.
