On February 13 of this year, a master class on “Military Diplomacy, Diplomatic Protocol, and Etiquette” was held for military cadets of the Temurbeklar Maktabi State Security Service. The class featured Khurliman Bakhtiyar Qizi Maratova, senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Uzbek State University of Military Sciences. The event focused on developing international military cooperation, organizing high-level official meetings and negotiations, and fostering a culture of diplomatic communication.
During the master class, the cadets received detailed information on the essence of military diplomacy, its role in interstate relations, and the importance of military diplomacy in the face of modern threats. Practical recommendations were also provided on the rules of diplomatic protocol, the conduct of official ceremonies, service ethics, and international etiquette.
The event was held in an interactive format, with the participants discussing various situational exercises, negotiation processes, and official reception scenarios. This allowed them to consolidate their theoretical knowledge through practical exercises.
At the end of the master class, participants received detailed answers to their questions, and the importance of strictly adhering to the rules of diplomatic protocol and etiquette in their future careers was emphasized.
This event is crucial for shaping young military personnel into mature, broad-minded, and highly cultured individuals.
