On December 27, 2025, a meeting of the Academic Council of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy for the award of academic degrees was held under No. DSc.11/10.01.2024.yu.24.04.

The agenda included the defense of the doctoral dissertation by Eranov Alisher Abdurasulovich, an independent researcher at the Academy of Public Policy and Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) in the specialty 12.00.02 – Constitutional Law; Administrative Law; Financial and Customs Law, on the topic: “Formation of the Organizational and Legal Foundations for Assessing the Effectiveness of the Activities of Managers of the State Civil Service,” as well as the doctoral dissertation by Tulyakov Eldor Sobirjonovich, a researcher at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) in the same specialty, on the topic: “Organizational and Legal Aspects of Increasing the Participation of Analytical Centers in Public Administration in Uzbekistan”.

During the dissertation defense, the candidates thoroughly presented the relevance of their research, its goals, and objectives. Members of the Academic Council expressed their opinions and comments on the proposals put forward by the candidates. The dissertations were successfully defended, and the Academic Council (DSc.11/10.01.2024.yu.24.04) adopted a decision to award Eranov Alisher Abdurasulovich and Tulyakov Eldor Sobirjonovich the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences.
