Every year on December 18, World Arabic Language Day is celebrated. On this occasion, at the Department of Oriental Languages, students studying Arabic took part in the quiz "Journey to the countries of the Arab world".

Holding such events is an exciting way to test knowledge about the Arab states, their culture, history, geography and traditions, where participants would answer questions about the League of Arab States, the Arabic language and iconic places.

The event was organized by teachers of the Arabic language, the participants were students studying the Arabic language.

During the event, students spoke in detail about the Arab countries, the global importance of the Arabic language, and also shared useful and interesting information about the unique features of each country, famous and historical places through informational and educational videos. Students showed their knowledge of the Arabic language and demonstrated interest in the Arab world, actively answering quiz questions of a linguistic and cultural orientation during games on the kahoot online platform. The event was held in an interesting, informative and friendly atmosphere.
