On December 23, 2025, a meeting was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a delegation from the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Nodirbek Muhammadievich Achilov, along with representatives of the Statistics and Research Department of the Central Bank.

During the discussion, the parties addressed key issues related to strengthening research capacity within the framework of the Central Bank’s medium-term development strategy, training highly qualified specialists with modern knowledge and skills, internship and professional development opportunities for students, recruitment of talented graduates, as well as the implementation of joint research projects involving faculty members, master’s and doctoral students.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on the main directions for future cooperation.
